The rent is for the entire property, including the whole house, with four bed room, and four bath rooms, the longang and lychee yard. The cottage is only serverd one group at a time. The cottage has four bed rooms, and four separate bathrooms with two electric water warmer. The house also has a kitchen with a refrigerator, fireplace for winter warmup, and minibar. There is a daily house service, including cleaning the house and replacing clean towels.

Full payment must be made in advance prior to the reservation date. You can pay by a direct money trasfer to our banking account which will supply directly to your e-mail, or pay directly with our PayPal e-payment service. You can make a payment by credit cards or use your PayPal account if you have one. We operate as a formal registered business. We can assure you with the government legal reference upon request.

While we do not offer the transportation service directly, we can help you arranging the transportation. The typical service is a van service. The service includes the van with the local driver. The van can serve up to 10 people. The leasing is 1,800 Baht/per day. Gasoline is paid as actual. Just let us know in advance if you want this service.

If you plan to drive a car on your own, there are a number of international car rental services at Chiang Rai International Airport, including Avis, Hertz, & Budget.

Though the cottage has a basic kitchen appliance, we do also provide a minimal meal service. However, if you have a request for a meal service, please give us information prior to your stay. We can make meal service arrangement for your request.
